Our War, Literature & the Arts Conference concluded Saturday evening, and wow, things went well. Every panel I attended left me emotionally drained and intellectually curious. Our keynotes nailed their presentations (and were great guys to boot). I’m exhausted, but thrilled with the packed three day event. Many are asking when we’ll do it again; well, our department will need a break, but I’m sure discussions will start up soon, especially with all the wonderful, generous, intelligent people we met from across the world.
